(2) core-free cutting: because the pipe fitting structure requires a variety of lengths of straight pipe and elbow pipe, which brings difficulties to the use of mandrel, core-free cutting is widely used.
Double punching method: the basic idea is to first open a slot in the top of the pipe, and then punch, punching cutting, punching cutting point from the opening into, and then cut, so as to obtain a small out of roundness of the pipe fitting. The double punching method can be used to punch a slot in the side of the pipe on the same mold, and then put it at the next working position at 90° to cut off. In this way, the section quality of the pipe is guaranteed, and the punch blade is easy to manufacture, and the service life is increased.
