Pancake Copper Coil

Our copper color alloy aluminum pancake coil tubing, also known as midge coil pipe, is available in 10m to 30m per coil, widely used for air conditioner refrigeration pipelines with R32 and R410A refrigerants. This seamless alloy coil pipe solves the leakage problem of traditional welded copper tubes, becoming an economical replacement for copper tubing in HVAC systems.

Made of premium alloy aluminum raw material, every piece of our refrigeration coil tubing undergoes full online non-destructive flaw detection during production. We thicken the tube wall to strengthen structural stability and improve long-term reliability under high pressure working conditions.

The entire surface of the alloy pancake coil pipe is covered with an 8μm to 10μm uniform anti-corrosion protective layer. The finished copper color alloy pipe passes strict 500-hour salt spray test, with outstanding insulation and heat insulation performance, effectively resisting oxidation, moisture and corrosive environment in air conditioning installation.

As a one-piece seamless coil tube without any welding joints, our copper tone alloy refrigerant pipe completely eliminates hidden leakage risks caused by solder points during long-time refrigeration operation. The pipe body supports direct flaring into flare mouth and welding connection, bringing flexible and convenient on-site construction for HVAC installers.

With a maximum pressure resistance up to 100kg, this copper color aluminum alloy pancake coil tubing is specially customized for high-pressure refrigerants R32 and R410A, ideal for split air conditioners, heat pumps, refrigeration equipment and cooling pipeline projects.
