The selection of air conditioning tee pipe fitting is very important. Currently, r410a refrigerant is mainly used. This refrigerant is more environmentally friendly than traditional refrigerant and has better refrigeration effect. However, its pressure is also higher than traditional refrigerant. Central air-conditioning system caused a lot of losses, causing unnecessary trouble.
Selection criteria:
1.See copper pipe material: copper pipe quality, directly determine the quality of pipe fittings, now the central air conditioning mainly use r410a refrigerant, pressure, and three pipe fittings processing also need to use r410a special copper pipe, this kind of copper pipe than the general copper pipe thickness should be thick, large pressure.
2.Look at the thickness: the thicker the thickness, the greater the pressure, so when choosing, look at the thickness first. A good fitting should have a clean pipe wall with no impurities or black spots.
Air conditioning copper pipe tee is connected with the copper pipe so as to connect each indoor machine, so that refrigerant can flow inside the copper pipe, to achieve the effect of refrigeration and heat transfer.
1.Before installation: before installation, check whether the caliber size of the copper pipe is the same as the required caliber size of the different pipe. If the caliber size of the copper pipe at the installation site is different from the required caliber size of the different pipe, use a cutter to cut off different parts.
2.Placement: when installing the diverging tube, try to place it vertically or horizontally. When placed horizontally, the inclination should be within ±15°. When placed correctly, nitrogen filled welding should be performed.
3.Precautions: for the multi-channel system, each pipe is labeled so that the connecting pipe after branch corresponds to the indoor machine to prevent wrong connection.
4.Blow cleaning: blow cleaning is to remove impurities in the tube with nitrogen pressure. (mainly dust, moisture, oxides caused by welding, etc.)
