Failure phenomenon: The compressor repeatedly starts and stops low voltage or three-phase unbalance due to overload protection action, other electrical equipment is connected to the overload protector, the overload protector fails, the running electric heater is too small, and the exhaust pressure is too high. Short circuit between windings, thermal relay contacts stick.
5. Failure phenomenon: the relay burns out
The voltage is too high or too low. The running capacitor is incorrect, repeated start and stop, the relay specifications do not match, and the mounting base is incorrect.
6. Failure phenomenon: the capacitor burns out
The specifications do not match and the voltage is too high.
7. Failure phenomenon: exhaust pressure is too high
Too much refrigerant, air in the refrigeration system, dirty condenser, high ambient temperature, faulty fan pressure switch, faulty fan motor, incorrect fan rotation direction, and faulty cooling water flow control valve.
