Nowadays, the production of many lyophilized products requires the use of lyophilizers. Reasonably and effectively shortening the period of lyophilization has obvious economic value in industrial production. The freeze-dried items are easy to store for a long time, and can be restored to the state before freeze-drying and maintain the original biochemical characteristics after adding water. In order to promote the development of medicinal freeze dryers in the direction more conducive to product production, and to ensure product quality, it can improve production efficiency, reduce waste of resources, and facilitate production operations. But sometimes some of us consumers will inevitably have some failures in use, we need to analyze the specific problems:

1. Failure phenomenon: freeze dryer does not run

The compressor circuit is disconnected, the fuse is blown, the thermal relay is activated, the high-voltage switch is activated, the compressor is blocked, and the circuit is virtually connected or loose.

Second, the failure phenomenon: the freeze dryer will stop within a short time after starting

The ambient temperature is too high, the condenser is clogged, the compressor is overloaded, lack of refrigerant, the low pressure is too low, the intake air volume is too large, and the compressor is stuck.

3. Failure phenomenon: compressor does not start

The wiring is incorrect, the voltage is too low, the starting capacitor is damaged, the relay or contactor is not closed, the starting winding is open, and the phase is missing.

4. Failure phenomenon: The compressor repeatedly starts and stops low voltage or three-phase unbalance due to overload protection action, other electrical equipment is connected to the overload protector, the overload protector fails, the running electric heater is too small, and the exhaust pressure is too high. Short circuit between windings, thermal relay contacts stick.

5. Failure phenomenon: the relay burns out

The voltage is too high or too low. The running capacitor is incorrect, repeated start and stop, the relay specifications do not match, and the mounting base is incorrect.

6. Failure phenomenon: the capacitor burns out

The specifications do not match and the voltage is too high.

7. Failure phenomenon: exhaust pressure is too high

Too much refrigerant, air in the refrigeration system, dirty condenser, high ambient temperature, faulty fan pressure switch, faulty fan motor, incorrect fan rotation direction, and faulty cooling water flow control valve.

8. Failure phenomenon: exhaust pressure is too low

The amount of refrigerant is too small, the fan pressure switch is faulty.
