Principles of air conditioning and refrigeration:

After the air conditioner is energized, the low-pressure vapor of the refrigerant in the refrigeration system is sucked in by the compressor and compressed into high-pressure vapor before being discharged to the condenser. The indoor air continuously circulates to achieve the purpose of lowering the temperature. The outdoor air sucked by the axial flow fan flows through the condenser, taking away the heat released by the refrigerant, and condensing the high-pressure refrigerant vapor into a high-pressure liquid. The high-pressure liquid is sprayed into the evaporator after passing through the filter and the throttling mechanism, and evaporates under the corresponding low pressure to absorb the surrounding heat. At the same time, the cross-flow fan keeps air entering between the fins of the evaporator for heat exchange, and sends the cooled air to the room after the heat is released.

Air conditioning and any refrigeration equipment have four major components: compressor, condenser, evaporator, and throttling device.

Compressor:

It is a driven fluid machine that promotes low-pressure gas to high-pressure gas, and is the heart of the refrigeration system. It sucks in low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas from the suction pipe, drives the piston to compress it through the operation of the motor, and discharges the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas to the exhaust pipe to provide power for the refrigeration cycle.

Condenser:

It is a component of the refrigeration system, which is a kind of heat exchanger, which can convert gas or vapor into liquid, and transfer the heat in the tube to the air near the tube in a fast manner. The working process of the condenser is an exothermic process, so the condenser temperature is relatively high.

Evaporator:

It is a very important part of the four major parts of refrigeration. The low-temperature condensed "liquid" body passes through the evaporator to exchange heat with the outside air, "gas" and absorb heat to achieve the effect of cooling. The evaporator is mainly composed of two parts, a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber. The heating chamber provides the heat required for evaporation to the liquid to promote the boiling and vaporization of the liquid; the evaporation chamber completely separates the gas and liquid phases.

Throttling device:

The throttling device is a kind of flow device in which the fluid filled with the pipeline flows through the pipeline. The stream will form a local contraction at the throttling, so that the flow velocity increases and the static pressure decreases, so a static pressure difference is generated before and after the throttle ( Or called throttling flowmeter).
