The air conditioner with copper pipe means the copper pipe used in the air conditioner for heat exchange. The biggest advantage of the copper pipe heat exchanger is that it can reduce the cost of the heat exchanger. Judging from the existing data, under the condition of achieving the same performance, the small-diameter copper tube heat exchanger can reduce the cost by about 20% compared with the existing general heat exchanger with a tube diameter of 7mm and above.

The branch pipe means the connecting pipe used in the VRV air-conditioning system to connect the host and multiple terminal devices (evaporators), which are divided into air pipes and liquid pipes.

The air-conditioning branch pipe is equivalent to the bifurcated head of the water pipe, used to divert refrigerant, and the multi-unit manifold is used as an accessory for connecting several air outlets in series. The selection of the branch pipe is determined according to the capacity of the indoor unit connected after each branch pipe.

The air-conditioning branch pipe can be installed horizontally or vertically. When installed horizontally, the angle between the branch nozzle and the horizontal line must be less than 15 degrees; when it is installed vertically, facing the two branch nozzles, the angle between any one branch port and the vertical line must be less than 15 degrees; two The pipeline after the branch port must ensure a straight pipe section of more than 60 cm; the small branch pipe cannot replace the large branch pipe.

The refrigerant passes through the expansion valve or capillary throttling, and then connects to the liquid pipe of the splitter after it comes out of the main engine. The refrigerant can be divided into other branch pipes and terminal evaporators through the liquid pipe branch flow. The refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat into gas and then flows back to the compressor of the main engine through the air pipe.
